On January 12, a thirteen person group from Monroe Tractor visited the DIA headquarters for a day long product sales training session. Monroe Tractor represents the Doosan Daewoo line of excavators and wheel loaders in Upstate New York.
General Manager for Monroe Tractor, Frank Schoenacker was accompanied by Sales Managers John Dancy and Mark Sandle, as well as ten salesmen from Monroe Tractor’s Buffalo, Syracuse and Rochester locations.
The product sales training session, held in the product support training center, consisted of excavator and wheel loader product overviews, as well as presentations by service and parts personnel. All of the attendees also toured the parts distribution center.
Del Wayne, Regional Sales Manager for the Northeastern US and Canada remarked, “We felt it was important for the Monroe Tractor salesmen to visit our facility, since a few of the guys are newer and may not have a full grasp of Doosan Infracore’s dedication to this market.” Jeremy Northrup, a salesman from the Buffalo location, started with Monroe Tractor in December and had already sold two machines. Del went on to say, “We certainly appreciate Monroe Tractor’s dedication in removing all of these guys from the field, to join our training session.”
As the session concluded, the salesmen were more informed about Doosan Infracore’s commitment and its product lines. Frank Schoenacker noted, “Our guys left your facility with a great deal of energy.”
